why

Start every project ahead

Every web project starts the same way. A client needs a website, the deadline is tight, and you are staring at an empty folder. Before you can build anything interesting, you need a responsive layout, a navigation that works on mobile, a hero section that does not look like every other hero section, forms, footers, pricing tables, and dozens of small components that take hours to get right.

Corehaven DE4 builds those foundations so you do not have to. We are a Ghanaian web development studio, and we sell the templates, UI kits and code assets we wish we had when we started. Every product is built to production standards: semantic HTML, accessible markup, responsive layouts, clean and commented code, and sensible defaults that are easy to customise.

Whether you are a freelancer building client sites, an agency standardising its workflow, or a business owner who wants a professional website without starting from scratch, our assets give you a head start.

quality

Built the way developers want

  • Clean code

Consistent naming, logical structure and comments where they help. No bloated dependencies, no inline-style chaos.

  • Accessible by default

Semantic elements, proper heading order, alt-text placeholders, keyboard-friendly navigation and sufficient colour contrast.

  • Responsive everywhere

Tested on small Android phones, iPhones, tablets and large desktop screens. Mobile is not an afterthought, because in Ghana and across Africa most of your client's visitors will arrive on a phone.

  • Fast

Optimised images, minimal JavaScript and lean CSS mean templates score well on performance audits and load quickly on mobile data.

  • Documented

Each product includes documentation covering structure, customisation, colours, fonts and deployment.

  • Updated

We fix bugs and refresh templates over time. Updates are free for buyers.

templates

Templates for the projects you actually get

We design templates for the work that comes through the door. The restaurant template has a menu section designed for real menus, a reservations form and WhatsApp ordering buttons. The church and ministry template has sermon archives, event listings, giving pages and livestream embeds. The real estate template handles listings, filters, agent profiles and enquiry forms. The SaaS template has pricing tables, feature grids and documentation-ready layouts. These are the sites clients ask for again and again, and having a strong starting point changes your margins on every project.

payments

Payment UI patterns for African markets

Checkout flows in our region are different. Customers expect to choose between mobile money and card, enter a phone number rather than card details, and see clear confirmation steps. Our Code Snippet Library includes front-end UI patterns for these flows: network selection, phone number input with validation, payment status screens and receipts. They are front-end components only, ready to connect to your chosen payment provider's official SDK.

download

What's in the download

Every template download is organised the same way, so you always know where things are. The root folder contains a README with set-up steps and a licence file. A src folder holds the HTML pages, partials and Tailwind configuration. An assets folder contains optimised images, icons as SVG and any fonts with their licences. A dist folder contains a production build you can deploy immediately. A docs folder explains the page structure, the component list, colour and typography tokens, and deployment options. Figma kits include a cover page, a components page, a styles page and example screens. Elementor kits include the import ZIP, a list of required plugins and screenshots of every page.

notes

The details

Customisation without the pain

Rebranding a template should take minutes, not days. Our HTML templates use a central Tailwind configuration for colours, fonts, spacing and border radius, so changing your client's brand colour updates every button, link and accent at once. Content is separated cleanly from layout, and repeated sections such as headers, footers and cards are built as partials so you edit them once. Figma kits use variables and component properties, so swapping a theme or toggling a variant is a single action. Our documentation includes a "first hour" checklist that walks you through branding, content replacement and deployment in order.

Performance and accessibility built in

Clients increasingly care about page speed and search visibility, and many sectors now expect accessible websites. Our templates are built to perform well on both fronts from the start. Images are compressed and lazy-loaded where appropriate. JavaScript is minimal and deferred. Layouts avoid shifting as the page loads. Colour combinations meet common contrast guidelines. Interactive elements are reachable by keyboard and have visible focus states. Forms have proper labels. These details are invisible when done well, but they make a real difference to users and to audit scores.

A workflow that scales

For freelancers and agencies, consistency is profit. When every project starts from the same well-structured foundation, your team learns the patterns once and reuses them everywhere. Estimates become more accurate, handovers become easier and quality becomes more predictable. Our Agency Mega Bundle is designed for this way of working: one set of templates, kits and snippets that cover most client requests, with a multi-project licence that lets you use them across every project.

From download to deployment

Here is how a typical project runs with a Corehaven DE4 template. Download the ZIP and open the README. Install dependencies and start the local development server with a single command. Update the Tailwind configuration with your client's colours and fonts. Replace placeholder content page by page, using the documentation's component list to find each section. Optimise your client's images using the guidance included. Run through our Website Launch Checklist to confirm SEO tags, analytics, legal pages, forms and performance are in order. Finally, deploy the production build to your preferred host: static hosting, a VPS, cPanel or a platform of your choice. Many developers move from download to a live, branded site within a day or two.

Why not just use a free template?

Free templates are everywhere, and some are excellent. But many come with hidden costs: outdated code, abandoned dependencies, inaccessible markup, inconsistent spacing, missing mobile layouts, unclear licences, and no one to contact when something breaks. Fixing those issues on a client deadline often takes longer than building from scratch. Our templates are maintained, documented and licensed clearly for commercial work. When you build a client's business on one of our foundations, you know exactly what you are getting and what you are allowed to do with it.

Templates as learning tools

Our templates are also excellent learning material. Junior developers and students study them to see how professional layouts are structured, how Tailwind utility classes are organised in practice, how responsive breakpoints are planned, how accessible navigation and forms are built, and how a project is organised for maintainability. Reading and modifying well-written code is one of the fastest ways to improve as a developer. Several of our customers use our templates in bootcamps and mentoring programmes as reference projects. If you teach web development and would like to use our templates with a group of students, contact us about an educational licence.

Built in Ghana, used everywhere

Corehaven DE4 is a Ghanaian web development studio. We design with African users in mind: mobile-first layouts for users on smaller screens and slower connections, WhatsApp contact options, mobile money checkout patterns, and content structures that suit local businesses and organisations. At the same time, our templates follow international standards and work for clients anywhere in the world.

Support that responds

If something does not work as expected, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to reply within two working days, and bug fixes are released as free updates to every buyer.

Request a template

Have a type of project that keeps coming up and no good starting point? Tell us. Many of our templates began as requests from developers and agencies, and we prioritise new releases based on demand. Use the contact form to describe the project type, the pages you typically need and any special features. If we build it, you will be among the first to hear, and requesters receive a launch discount. Our upcoming releases include a school website template, an NGO and foundation template, and a Next.js starter with authentication and payments scaffolding.

Fair pricing for every market

We price our templates in cedis so developers across Ghana and West Africa can access professional assets at fair local prices, while international buyers can view approximate dollar prices with our built-in converter. Quality tools should be accessible to talented developers everywhere, regardless of where they are building from.

faq

Frequently asked questions

All prices are in Ghana cedis. International buyers can use the GHS/USD switch in the header or the converter in the footer to see approximate US dollar prices. Payment is processed in cedis; your bank applies its own conversion.

What do I need to use the HTML templates?

A code editor and basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Tailwind is included via its build setup; documentation explains both CDN and build options.

Can I use a template for a client project?

Yes. A Single-Project Licence covers one end product for you or one client. Multi-Project Licences cover unlimited end products. See the Licensing page.

Can I resell the templates?

No. You can sell websites you build with them, but not the templates themselves, modified or unmodified.

Do the Elementor kits need Elementor Pro?

Each kit's product page states whether Pro is required. Most pages work with the free version.

Do you offer support?

Yes. Email us about bugs or set-up issues for any product you bought; we aim to respond within two working days.

Do the payment snippets process payments?

No. They are front-end UI components. You connect them to your payment provider's official integration.
